Watch it on Amazon: Seth McFarlane’s showcase of showtunes, skits, topical humor, and fart gags continues well into the 2010s and, unfortunately for us, it looks like Family Guy will persist into the next decade too. Starting off as a fresher, riskier accompaniment to America’s first favorite cartoon family, The Simpsons, Peter Griffin and co. have quickly become grinding caricatures of themselves. We tune in for occasional flashes of what once was, but the moments of genius have been few and far between in recent seasons.
